Why is the pilot paid?
Paid pilots convert at 40–60% in enterprise. Free trials convert at under 10%. The act of raising a PO and defining success criteria upfront is itself the qualification mechanism. The full fee is credited toward your first annual subscription — so if you proceed, the pilot costs you nothing.
Why no per-seat pricing?
A PMO of three running fifty assessments delivers identical value to a PMO of ten running fifty assessments. Per-seat pricing would penalise wider adoption — and we want the whole team using the platform, not rationing access. Each tier includes generous named-seat allowances (10 on Starter, 25 on Growth, 50 on Scale, 100 on Enterprise). If you need more, you move up a tier rather than paying per additional user.
What if the pilot surfaces a gap?
The pilot fee credits toward your first 12-month subscription regardless of outcome — the fee is paid for the work done, not the result. If we find a genuine capability gap that warrants further scoping, a 30-day extension is available at cost before the conversion decision is required.
What happens if I exceed my usage tier?
Your admin gets automated alerts at 80% and 100% of the monthly allowance. The platform keeps working — there is no hard stop. You can upgrade to the next tier immediately (prorated) or the overage appears on your next invoice. We review usage at the 6-month mark to make sure you are on the right tier.
Can I start with one module and add more later?
Yes. Additional modules activate immediately at the standard monthly rate. No contract renegotiation needed. Most clients start with one or two modules and expand as they see value.
What's the difference between a configured and bespoke module?
A configured module is your own procedure or framework — the platform ingests the procedure document and auto-generates the module using the standard document-against-criteria pattern. A bespoke engagement is anything outside the standard architecture: a custom AI application, a novel workflow, a different output format, or an integration. Configured is £2,500 setup + £600/month. Bespoke starts at £15,000 setup and is scoped on application.
Is the consultancy pilot different?
The Capability Sprint (£15,000) is designed for consultancies who want to deploy a module across multiple engagements during the pilot period. Same 60-day scope, but configured for multi-engagement use. Also 100% credited toward annual subscription.
